IT Paging is an additional support channel to support users with Zappos specific issues which are both emergencies AND occur outside of IT hours of operations. For non-emergency IT support, please proceed to it.amazon.com for 24/7 support. NOTE: the IT paging process will page an IT support member's personal cell - it may wake them up or otherwise disturb them, and should be used with consideration. Please ensure you've completed any relevant general troubleshooting such as rebooting, using self-service password reset tools etc., or working with your manager for assistance, before paging. To page, email page-it@zappos.net - you MUST include your name, your Zappos username, and a complete and thorough description of the issue, and the specific steps which you have attempted to troubleshoot. Please be available for a reply in Slack. If you are not in slack we will reply via email.
